Aquired from the USA along with other Sterling Silver goods, it would make a fascinating research piece. A quick search failed to find any information regrading the W D Disston Cup trophy for Record Homers originating in Philadelphia, USA. There are the engraved names of 4 winners   1908 L A Schmalholz   1909 Fall River Boys   1910 J C Kline (Twice)  Weighs approx 250 grams & measures 16.5cms high x 8cms diameter base. One of the handles is detached, see photo, but would be easily repaired as its a clean break, otherwise in nice condition. The trophy makers name is to the base  Bailey Banks & Biddle.
