Looks to date to the late 1800s / early 1900s. An unbranded 9ct gold combination Fountain Pen & Propelling Pencil. Unfortunately the pencil slider is missing, so can’t extend the pencil workings to view it. Weighs approx 12.6 grams and is 11cms long There are no makers marks or hallmarks but was tested with a gold X-Ray machine.
