Huge super rare br WW1 brass USA naval gun factory building plaque

 The exact wording on the plaque is as follows. “Brass Foundry Erected 1917 -1919, Rear Admiral Ralph Earle U.S.N. Chief of Bureau of Ordnance, Captain A. L. Willard U.S.N. Superintendent Naval Gun Factory” This impressive piece of WW1 history is extremely heavy & large and must weigh approx 30 kilo’s (66lbs) possibly heavier & measures an impressive 76cms wide x 51cms high x 4cms deep. It’s in superb condition. No other history is known about the plaque.     NOTE.    Local pickup only or we will help organise freight within Australia. NOT available to overseas buyers, its far too heavy to be posted and cannot be sent via normal postal services.
