WW1 superb autograph book, Australian soldiers 1 KIA, drawings, watercolours

Current stock: 0

Part of a Military collection recently purchased, the autograph book has been partially researched having several post-it notes attached with soldiers details, see photo’s, but further research is needed. A large proportion of the comments are dated 1915, the earliest appears to be 1905 there is one dated 1954. The vast majority are 1915. Judging by some of the place names of Emu Plains, Dungog it appears that it may have originated in country NSW, hence why there are Light Horse. Other place names mentioned are Redfern, Woolwich, Parramatta etc etc. A largish book, the covers are detached from the pages, some loose pages, marks foxing, stains etc. A fascinating piece deserving of more research !!!
