Description

  The Tachometer basic functions work, but unsure if totally functional & how accurate it is, it may require servicing / repairing. The top rod rotates well in both directions & when the button to the left is pushed down it ticks loudly for a few seconds then stops. Good clean case, no damage to the glass, the stoarge case has some minor wear. SELLING AS IS.
