Description

Just a superb piece in stunning condition !!! It dates somewhere between 1893 & 1904 as the Copenhagen maker P Hertz commenced in 1893 & the assayer Simon Groth ceased in 1904. The handle features an exquisite Norse / Midgard Serpent design reminiscent of the Viking age. To the rear are a good clear set of hallmarks. It’s in remarkably good condition with a few tiny tone marks. It measures 25cms long & weighs approx 89 grams.
