The manual wind cal 13.5 20 jewel movement is working well with the seal of Geneva quality mark, rhodium plated, fausses cots decoration, straight line lever escapement, balance adjusted to heat, cold, isochronism and 5 positions. The fine square shaped thin 18k gold 16mm case, is in nice condition and complete with original 18ct white gold bracelet that will fit a wrist of 160mm or less, fully signed in back Patek Philippe Geneve 3285-4 with 18k gold hallmarks, total weight 62g. Crown is signed.
