"The Kaiser's Garland" was a WW1 1915 wartime satirical book issued attacking Prussian militarism. The bookplate has been hand coloured, as they were all originally issued in black & white. The page measures 27.5cms x 19.5cms, with the image measuring 21cms x 15.5cms. The plate is entitled "THE PATH OF GLORY". It will be posted flat to avoid damage.
