Signed by Wyden but more importantly dedicated to "For Jim O'Neill". Dr James E O'Neill was the Deputy Archivist of the United States and along with Judith Koucky helped Wyden research his book. 1979 1st edition, hardcover with plastic lined dust jacket. Complete, 352 numbered pages, all intact. The fore edge has some minor foxing otherwise in extremely nice condition.
