The silver dial with black acrabic numerals, sub seconds at 6, outer minutes tracking with matching blue steel hands is signed Patek Philippe & Co Geneve. The manual wind movement with wolf tooth winding, jewelled to the centre and fine pointed regulation is working well, fully signed Patek Philippe & co no 186019 Geneve. The 18k gold 47.5mm case with hinged snap back is in nice condition, case is signed PP&Co with 18k gold hallmarks. Weight 66.7g.
