Shipping
We post majority of our items with Australia Post and DHL. Please note any United States orders have to be shipped with DHL. Postage costs are formulated with a combination of item type, value, weight and cubic size. We do not profit from our postage charges, and endeavour to always choose the method we believe to be equal parts safe as well as cost effective. If there is a specific freighter you'd prefer us to use, please get in touch with us prior to placing your order.
Returns
Please get in touch at support@hnco.com.au with your order number if you would like to return an item.
Returns are not accepted 30 days after the item has been delivered, however if there is a problem or fault with the product please don't hesitate to get in touch.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind.
