Vintage Rotary 21J Date Cal. 1702/08 Mens Watch Movement & Dial.

Unable to fully test as missing the winder & hands, balance is ok, nice clean movement, also unsure if missing parts. It will more than likely need a service, ex watchmakers estate. Movement is approx 31mm in diameter. Dial has dents and scratches.
