Attributed to / possibly, a rare Richard Rogers piece. Its finish & colour are strikingly similar to other Richard Rogers pieces of this era. Very similar colour vases appear in the book "Ipswich Potteries 1873 - 1926 by the Ipswich Art Gallery 2004". Pieces of this size & quality are tightly held by collectors & museums alike and rarely appear for sale. Richard Rogers produced pottery at his Holt St, Brassall premises from 1885 to c1897. The vase measures 18cms high x 14cms diameter base. Great condition, no chips, cracks or repairs. The base is not signed. JUST SUPERB & RARE !!!
