Description

Extremely hard to buy, it was produced for Australia’s Centenary in 1888. A stunning very detailed large hand drawn panoramic lithograph of Ballarat by F W Niven. Recently professionally restored, noted are 4 equally spaced vertical folds / creases with some wear & tiny tears along fold lines, there are also some very tiny losses scattered throughout. It has been professionally matted on acid free white card, ready to frame. The panoramic measures 18cms x 67cms, overall matted size is 50cms x 98cms. Note: The panoramic is sealed in protective plastic & looks far better than the photos depict with light reflection.
