We have purchased an extensive collection of Ex Libris / His Her Book / This Book Belongs To .. Etchings, Woodcuts, Lino Cuts, Prints etc by artists such as Pro Hart, Will Mahony, John Allcot, Norman Lindsay, Lionel Lindsay, Syd Miller, Adrian Feint etc etc. All have been matted on acid free white thin cardboard ready to frame.
 
A double sided page from the 1930s Australian periodical magazine “Manuscripts and Miscellany, Art & Letters” by editor / publisher Harry Tatlock Miller. The page features a very large bookplate entitled "The Dance" by Joseph Siebert. Little is known about him apart from the fact that he was a Ballet Teacher from South Australia who specialized in Linocuts. Page size 14.5cms x 21.5cms, large image size 14.3cms x 20cms. Tiny mark top right otherwise in excellent condition. Has been hinged on acid free white thin cardboard.
 
An Australian magazine, ran mainly quarterly, 1931–35. A vehicle for moderately advanced literary and art criticism, Manuscripts also became popular, especially in its later years, the publisher of avant-garde poetry.
