1943 A. LANGE & SÖHNE B-UHR WORLD WAR II LUFTWAFFE PILOT / AVIATOR WATCH FL23883. The original black dial with radium numbers and original blue steel pointed hands and radium intact. The manual wind movement is working well and keeping time although not serviced by us, matching serial number on movement top plate and base plate & case back
. The 55mm with out the crown steel snap back and front case is fully signed in the back and serial number on the back, with its large onion crown so pilots could wind without taking their gloves off, fitted with only one half of the original leather strap with buckle
. A great looking truly historic watch to own and wear, very rare in this condition.
A previously catalogued piece. No longer for sale.
