A striking modern interpretation of one of Mido's most celebrated vintage dive watches, this Ocean Star Decompression Worldtimer combines the colourful decompression scale of the original 1961 model with practical GMT and world time functionality. Inspired by the historic Ocean Star divers of the early 1960s, it delivers unmistakable retro styling backed by contemporary Swiss engineering.
Presented in excellent pre owned condition, this example is complete with its original Mido presentation box, outer box, warranty card dated 28 October 2025 and instruction booklet.
The polished 40.5mm stainless steel case is fitted with a rotating world time bezel displaying 24 international cities. Beneath the box style sapphire crystal sits the iconic blue dial featuring the colourful decompression scale, luminous hands and markers, red GMT hand and date display at 3 o'clock. Powering the watch is the reliable Mido Calibre 80 automatic movement with approximately 80 hours of power reserve, Nivachron balance spring and 200 metre water resistance.
