Antique faux tortoiseshell purse with sterling silver piqué inlaid to top, the crest is monogrammed with the initials A.B.H. The crest has a tiny section of silver that is worn away but overall the case is in good condition for its age, with just a few scratches to the surface areas. The frame of the purse is made of brass and inside the fabric area is a snap shut section in a white metal, this is partially working. The brass closure on the main case is working fine. Definitely a piece with history from a time gone by to add to your collection.
