A superb Cartier Tank Must XL Automatic wristwatch, reference WSTA0040, presented in exceptionally well preserved condition.

The polished stainless steel rectangular case frames Cartier's classic silvered dial with bold Roman numerals, blued steel sword hands, inner railway minute track and date aperture at 6 o'clock. Its beaded crown is set with the signature blue synthetic spinel cabochon.

Powered by Cartier's automatic calibre 1847 MC and fitted with its original black grained leather strap and stainless steel folding clasp.

This watch comes directly from its original owner, Ross Vasta MP, Federal Member for Bonner. It has been hardly worn and retains an exceptionally clean case, dial and original strap, back ingraved "Ross Vasta".
