Beautiful Vintage 8ct Rose Gold & Onyx Cameo Portrait Bar Brooch 5.8g

This is a lovely vintage black and white onyx cameo, set in an elaborate and very decorative 8 carat rose gold frame. Carved beautifully in right profile, the cameo is in perfect vintage condition. The onyx has a beautiful glossy appearance. The carving is style is elegant and detailed with delicate flourishes. The 8 carat rose gold frame has a beaded bezel design with side flourishes and swirls, framing the cameo. The rear of the brooch is stamped .333 for 8 carat gold including the pin. A great piece to add to your collection from the early 1900s onwards.
