Description
Stunning photo locket made like a smaller size pocket watch with intricate engraving to both sides. The gold plated pocket watch opens to reveal space for four photos. It is hard to open and a small pocket knife blade may assist. The inside glass was broken so was removed for safety. The metal insert is still fine and a photo could easily be placed in the space. Placing photos in the glass will require a bit of skill and possibly some experience or a jeweller watch maker may be able to assist. Once filled with photos this vintage photo holder will be really lovely and would be a great keepsake. The pocket watch photo holder does not have any stamps or makers marks. Apart from being a little stiff to open it is in great vintage condition. The engraving work is really well done, one side with a floral design and a scenic village scene to the other side.
