c1802 Large Aquatint Etching "Proclamation of Peace. London, April 29, 1802."

The engraver was possibly William Henry Toms. Measures 40cms x 25cms. Foxing & soiling as per photos, otherwise considering it's over 200 years old, in nice condition. The etching is laid down to vintage backing which is in turn lightly hinged to acid free white backing & covered with a plastic protective sleeve.
