Research has found absolutely nothing on “CHIPS” I believe it was a boys periodical magazine published in the 1920s, this being a giveaway / insert in the 17/11/1928 issue. Made of thick cardboard it measures 11.3cms wide x 10cms and is non-functional. There is wear and marks but still firmly in one piece. Has to be RARE as !!!
