Banda Aceh Antique old engraving of Atjeh or Acheh Sumatra by the cartographer Nicolas Bellin.
This original print is titled VUE D’ACHEM (Banda Aceh) and puplished in Prevost L`Histoire Generale des Voyages by Bellin in 1753.
Aceh is a special region of Indonesia. Its first full name: Aceh Darussalam (1205-1959) was given by Sultan Meurah Johan Syah bin Adi Genali of Lingga Gayo.
