Unusual Vintage .800 Silver Cameo & Simulated Sapphire Pendant & Chain 10.1g

This pretty .800 silver setting framing the cameo is set with vivid blue sparkling simulated sapphires and has taken on a dark patina over the years. The chain looks to be antique and is also minimum .800 silver with a pretty ornate clasp. The cameo looks to have quite a bit age too. The surprising and slightly unusual part of this necklace is the rear as it looks to be filled or coated with some kind of glitter glue. It is to the rear as was perhaps added at some point to keep the cameo in place. Either way it is a different style of cameo and is still interesting and unique. No stamps, other than on the jump ring of the pendant but tests as minimum .800 silver.
