Vintage Certina DS 2 Chronolympic chronograph featuring a striking blue dial with contrasting white registers, vivid central chronograph seconds hand, tachymetre scale and date aperture at 6 o'clock. The bold tonneau style steel case gives the watch strong 1970s sports chronograph presence, with visible honest wear consistent with age and unpolished. Powered by the desirable Certina calibre 29 062, a Certina signed, Valjoux 726 from the celebrated Valjoux 72 manual wind chronograph family. This highly regarded movement adds strong collector appeal and places the watch among Certina's most interesting vintage sports chronographs. Working well, gains 8 secs a day, amp 270.
