Vintage 80s-90s Cartier Santos Automatic 29mm 18k Gold & Steel Watch - Serviced

A classic Cartier Santos Carrée reference 2961 automatic wristwatch, presented in stainless steel and 18k yellow gold with the iconic square Santos case, exposed screw bezel and integrated bracelet.

The watch features a white Cartier Roman numeral dial, blued steel hands, inner minute track and date aperture at 3 o'clock. The case back is signed Cartier Automatique and numbered 296126458 with the first four digits corresponding to the 2961 reference.

This example has been serviced and is running well, amp 280. The watch remains unpolished, preserving the original case and bracelet lines, with only the 18k yellow gold bezel having received a light polish. The case, bracelet and clasp show visible surface marks and scratches from honest wear, consistent with age and light use.
