No makers mark or hallmarks, exact age & country of origin is unknown. Its all metal, no stones at all. Measures 54mm in diameter & weighs approx 26.7 grams, The pin is functional. 

Measures 38mm high x 31mm wide & weighs approx 13.5 grams. In great condition.

 Total height is 71mm with combined weight of 15.8 grams. Materials appear to be base metals, surface wear as per photo’s, some padding is missing from one of the clip-ons.
