Description

Can be dated accurately as it has a British registration number on the clip, 683188 which dates it to the year 1921. The cap & the clip are possibly Sterling silver but are not hallmarked. The barrel is made of a green plastic like material, the cap twists ok but it needs a lead refill to test fully. Barrel & cap have wear & marks, with the plastic showing some stress marks. Only 9.9cms long & weighs 13.6 grams.
