Vintage Mexican Taxco Sterling Silver Mid Century Spider Brooch 20.5g

Fabulous mid Century sterling silver, stylised spider brooch made in Taxco, Mexico. The handmade spider is so quirky and fun and features a straight pin closure with a rolling ball closure. The spider brooch is in good vintage condition, the legs of the spider are very spindly. This gives the piece character and the google eyes are very cute. The brooch has been polished to the top with rear of the spider retaining the original patina. To the underside of the spider it is stamped with 925, Mexico, ONA and TR-212
