The manual wind 18J gilt finished lever movement with wolf tooth winding, jewelled to the centre, eight adjustments, is working well, fully signed Cartier Paris. The 18k gold 45.5mm open face case with snap back is in very good condition, case is fully signed, Cartier Paris, Case bezel and back all matching numbers 8741. Monogramed in blue enamel to back.
