A beautiful antique Danish 18ct white gold diamond brooch, designed as a stylised bow with finely detailed pierced openwork construction. The bow motif is formed by an intricate lattice of intersecting wirework, giving the piece an elegant, airy appearance. The central panel is set with a vertical row of old cut diamonds, framed by further bezel-set diamonds to each side. Each side of the bow is similarly highlighted with multiple bezel-set diamonds arranged in linear bands and curved accents, with additional diamonds set along the outer edges to create a continuous diamond-set border. The reverse is fitted with a pin and locking clasp fitting.
