Rare 1800s Chinese Qing Dynasty Silver Saddle 5 Sycee Ingot 157.19g

This impressive ingot is of traditional Chinese saddle or boat form, with raised rounded ends and a curved central body. The upper surface features multiple struck Chinese character marks, while the underside shows natural casting texture, pitting and cooling cavities typical of hand-poured silver ingot production.

This example has the classic Qing Dynasty style form and presents well as a collectable Chinese silver money ingot. weight 157.19 grams measures 64mm x 34mm x 14.6mm. Part of a large collection currently listing.

Part of The Aurora Collection, a large collection currently listing ex USA private estate.
