René Lalique "Camaret" Vase No. 1010 Frosted Glass c1928
An original René Lalique "Camaret" vase, Model No. 1010, designed in 1928. The compressed globular body is beautifully moulded with a continuous school of stylised fish swimming around the vase, one of Lalique's finest marine-inspired Art Deco designs. Executed in clear frosted glass with polished highlights, the sculptural fish catch and reflect the light from every angle, creating exceptional depth and movement.

Condition: Very good vintage condition. No chips or cracks are visible from inspection, with light wear to the underside consistent with age and cabinet display. Please inspect all photographs carefully as they form part of the description.
The vase is signed "R. Lalique France" to the underside.
Provenance From an important single owner collection of René Lalique glass. Part of Harrington & Co's "Once in a Lifetime René Lalique Collection of 97 pieces".
