Antique Monumental 1900s Longines Steel Mens 79mm Stem Wind Goliath Pocket Watch

Antique monumental circa 1900s Longines Goliath pocket watch, an impressive oversized gentleman's timepiece measuring 79mm across. The white porcelain dial is signed Longines and features black Roman numerals, outer minute track, subsidiary seconds at 6 o'clock and matching blued steel hands. The dial has a strong, classic antique look with excellent presence, hairlines from 10 to 7oclock. Inside is a manual wind Longines lever set stem wind movement, fully signed Longines and working well. The movement is currently losing approximately 1 second per day with an amplitude of 210. The large steel double back case is in very nice condition, glass has scratches, with both backs snapping shut tightly. The case has matching numbers, adding to the originality and appeal of this substantial antique Longines.
