René Lalique Malesherbes Vase No.1014 Green Patinated Glass c1927 Signed

René Lalique Malesherbes Vase No. 1014, designed in 1927. An exceptional original Art Deco vase in frosted glass with an attractive green patinated finish, featuring the distinctive stylised leaf motif that rises from the base to the flared rim. This model is one of René Lalique's classic botanical designs and is documented as Model No. 1014, introduced in 1927.

The vase is signed R. Lalique France to the underside, with the signature faint but visible under the correct lighting. The green patina beautifully highlights the moulded decoration and gives the piece an elegant, luminous appearance.

Condition is very good overall. No chips, cracks or repairs were found during inspection. There is light age-related wear to the underside consistent with careful use over the years. The patina presents evenly and displays beautifully.

A highly desirable addition to any René Lalique, Art Deco or antique glass collection. Suitable for display in both traditional and contemporary interiors, this is an authentic pre-war example of one of Lalique's most recognisable vase designs.

Provenance From an important single owner collection of René Lalique glass. Part of Harrington & Co's "Once in a Lifetime René Lalique Collection of 97 pieces".
